Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be sent in writing or e-mailed to the ICAMPAM 2011 Secretariat:
Cancellation of Registration
Cancellations received on or before 25 February 2011 - an administration fee of £50 will be due and will be deducted from any refund issued.
Cancellations received after 25 February 2011 - full payment is due and no refunds will be issued. Name changes are permitted.
Cancellation of Hotel Accommodation
Cancellations received before 25 February 2011 – no penalty.
Cancellations received after 25 February 2011 or non-arrival – hotels will deduct from your credit card an amount up to the value of the duration of the stay booked. A reduction in the number of nights booked will be treated as a cancellation by the hotel and the hotel will be entitled to take payment from the card provided.
Insurance
The organisers do not accept any responsibility for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Delegates are strongly advised to have their own travel insurance policies.
