Civic Reception at Glasgow City Chambers - Tuesday 24th May 2011.
The conference will open with a civic-sponsored drinks reception in the Glasgow City Chambers. This is included in the registration fee for delegates and accompanying guests.
Conference Dinner at Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum - Thursday 26th May 2011.
The Conference Dinner to be held at the magnificent Art Gallery and Museum, Kelvingrove. Kelvingrove first opened its doors to the public on 2 May 1901. It houses one of the finest civic collections in Europe and is an iconic Glasgow landmark. Dine amidst the splendour and history of the Art Gallery and Museum, Kelvingrove. This is included in the registration fee for delegates and accompanying guests.

Glasgow City Tour - Tuesday 24th May 2011: 0930 to 1300 hours

This short introduction to Glasgow will cover a panoramic tour of the City Centre, including the River Clyde, the historic Cathedral and Merchant City, the Georgian grandeur of Blythswood Square, Kelvingrove Art Gallery and the University Campus. We drive through the Clyde Tunnel to visit the Burrell Art Collection in Pollok Country Park with the chance to see the largest herd of Highland Cattle in Britain.
Price Per Person: £35.00 (Minimum 25 passengers)
Prices are based on a minimum of 25 passengers and include touring by luxury touring coach, services of qualified Blue Badge Scottish Tourist Guides, all admission and visits underlined and all relevant taxes.
